The Centre for Excellence in IPR is a constituent of ICFAI Law School, IFHE, Hyderabad to promote research and awareness in the field of intellectual property rights.

The center is dedicated to impart IP education and training to students, academicians and professionals across the country. The center for IPR is established to promote interdisciplinary research in the area of intellectual property law, science, technology, arts and economics.

The Centre provides consultancy services to the innovator, creators and entrepreneurs on the filing, registration, protection, management and infringement of intellectual property rights.

About the Copyright Quiz Competition

The Centre for Excellence in IPR is a constituent of ICFAI Law School, IFHE, Hyderabad is organising a virtual Quiz Competition on Copyright Law on the occasion of World Book and Copyright Day on April 26, 2022 to increase awareness among the students, academicians and professionals.

Rules and Regulations

• The quiz will comprise of 50 Multiple Choice Questions to be attempted in 30 minutes.
• Each question will carry 01 mark & there will be a negative marking of 0.3 marks for every wrong answer.
• The quiz will be based on the copyright Laws.
• Only individual participation is allowed and participation as a team is not allowed.
• The Quiz Link will be shared with all the registered participants 30 mins before the quiz time.
• The Quiz link will open at 4.30 PM sharp and close at 5 PM sharp.
• Participants shall ensure decent internet connectivity and are advised to attempt the quiz using their laptop only.
• All the participants will receive the zoom joining link for the program.

Eligibility

Students pursuing their Under-graduation or Post-graduation in Law are invited to participate in the quiz competition.

Location

The Quiz competition would be held virtually through Zoom cloud meet.

Prizes

• The participant securing the First Position will get cash prize worth INR 3000
• The participant securing the Second Position will get cash prize worth INR 2000
