HPNLU to Hold 3rd Convocation on 11 October 2026

Himachal Pradesh National Law University (HPNLU), Shimla, is set to organize its 3rd Convocation on Sunday, 11 October 2026, for the conferment of degrees and academic honours upon eligible students who have successfully completed their programmes of study.

The Convocation will mark a significant academic milestone in the University’s journey and celebrate the achievements of graduates from the following programmes and batches:

• B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) and B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) Five-Year Integrated Programmes – Batches 2020–2025 and 2021–2026
• LL.M. (One-Year Programme) – Batches 2024–2025 and 2025–2026
• Ph.D. in Law

The Convocation is being organized under the leadership of the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Prof. (Dr.) Priti Saxena, who has emphasized meticulous planning and coordinated efforts to ensure the successful conduct of the University’s third Convocation.

As part of the preparatory process, the University has notified various committees comprising faculty members, officers, and staff to oversee different aspects of the Convocation arrangements. The Convocation is expected to witness the participation of graduating students, their parents and guardians, members of the judiciary, the legal fraternity, academicians, distinguished guests, alumni, and representatives from various institutions. The University is making comprehensive arrangements to ensure that the ceremony is conducted with efficiency, and academic solemnity befitting the occasion. The University community has already commenced preparations for the event, which is expected to be one of the most significant academic occasions of the year.
