Think India” is an independent youth-led organization focused on fostering critical thinking, national development, and innovation among students. Students from IISc, IIMB, NIMHANS, NIFT, and NLSIU joined together to create a joint forum for the students from premier institutes of India in 2006.
About the Opportunity
Think India Chapter NLUO is thrilled to invite you to a thought-provoking Online Guest Lecture on the topic of “What is the real UCC!” This event aims to shed light on the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) and its far-reaching implications in their diverse society. Distinguished speakers, Prof. Dr. Raka Arya and Shivam Raghuwanshi, experts in this field, will share their invaluable insights, making this lecture an enlightening experience that fosters meaningful discussions.
The lecture will commence at 4 p.m. on the 23rd of September 2023.
E-certificates will be provided to all attendees as a token of participation.
Eligibility
This online guest lecture is open to all students and professionals who are eager to broaden their understanding of the UCC and explore a different perspective from some of the brightest minds in the field.
Speakers
- Prof. Dr. Raka Arya: A member of the 22nd Law Commission Report, Prof. Dr. Raka Arya brings her expertise in Administrative Law, Constitutional Law, and Women and Human Rights. She has a distinguished career and has been a Professor at NLIU, Bhopal.
- Shivam Raghuwanshi: A practicing advocate in the Supreme Court of India and High Court of Delhi, Shivam Raghuwanshi is also a former National Convenor of Think India.
