About the opportunity at AKM Global

We are looking for a Research associate to join our transaction advisory practice. It is a great opportunity to work on some interesting deals/advisory cutting across Direct Taxes, Indirect Taxes, FEMA, International Tax, Company Law, LLP Act, Law governing Trusts (India & Overseas), SEBI matters, AIF regulations, IBC, to name a few.

The new team member will get to work with some of the largest overseas accounting and law firms as well as top-tier Indian law firms on complex matters majority being M&A.

Date of Joining

This is an immediate requirement.

Job Description

1. Contributing to multiple research projects at once
2. Communicating with senior researchers to understand business challenges and potential solutions
3. Collecting critical details and facts to substantiate information.
4. Independently responsible for execution and management of the assigned engagements

Profile requirements

1. Qualified CA/Lawyer or a graduate from top colleges of India
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
3. Excellent communication and drafting skills
4. Research-oriented and a problem solver
5. Willing to work hard
6. Keen interest in writing research pieces
7. Excellent grades

Location
