About the Event
After the immense success and appreciation of the many lecture-series, LCD MCS is organizing one another Event in the presence of an erudite scholar of Constitutional law. In the words of Dr. Justice T. Kochu Thommen, “Affirmative action is not merely compensatory justice, which it is, but is also distributive justice seeking to ensure that community resources are more equitably and justly shared among all classes of citizens.”
The main focus through this lecture is to understand affirmative action and its importance in the justice system in two great jurisdictions i.e. India and the U.S.
