Hon’ble Justice J. Chelamaeswar is a former Judge of the Supreme Court of India and the former Chief Justice of the Kerala and Gauhati High Courts. He is perhaps one of the most erudite and forthright judges that the country has ever seen. His landmark judgments are a testimony of his exemplary work.
