  • Word Limit: 2500-3000 words
  • Abstract: Not exceeding 250 words
  • Format: PDF only Font: Times New Roman, Size 12, Line Spacing 1.5 Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides
  • References: Must be included Language: English
  • Footnotes & Referencing: MLA format for citations
  • Footnote Font: Times New Roman, Size 10, Line Spacing 1.0
  • Co-authorship: Submission Process: Allowed up to 2 authors per entry Only one submission per author/team Multiple submissions (both as single author & co-author) will lead to disqualification
  • Submit via Google Form (Link will be provided) Submissions will only be accepted after successful registration Once submitted via Google Form, no modifications will be allowed
  • Plagiarism & AI Content Policy: Incomplete, plagiarized, or AI-generated submissions will be summarily rejected Similarity limit: 15% (excluding footnotes)
