Concept Note

The legal framework in India is undergoing a profound transformation driven by rapid technological advancement, globalization, evolving societal values, and the demand for adaptive governance. From the expansion of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) in the digital era to the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in judicial and corporate processes, Indian law is transcending traditional boundaries. The digital revolution has introduced new complexities — AI-generated content, blockchain-based protections, cross-border digital crimes, and cybersecurity concerns are reshaping legal interpretations.

Similarly, arbitration, environmental justice, and market regulation have acquired new dimensions in a technology-driven world. This edited volume seeks to offer an intellectual platform for scholars, researchers, and practitioners to engage in dialogue and critique surrounding these emerging challenges. The aim is to produce a multidisciplinary and forward-looking academic resource that captures the evolving contours of Indian legal frameworks in the digital age.
