About the National Virtual Seminar

Centre for IPR & Technology is organising a National Virtual Seminar on Sports Law Governance and Regulation on 10^th April 2021. The object of this Seminar is to bring together leading academicians, researchers, advocates, research scholars and students to exchange and share their experiences and research results on all aspects of Governance of Sports Law Seminar. It also provides a premier-inter disciplinary platform for researchers, practitioners, and sports educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the fields of Governance of Sports Law Seminar.

Students interested in this seminar are requested to contribute their research in the form of abstracts, and papers. Also, high quality research contributions describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, empirical, experimental, or theoretical work in all areas of Governance of Sports Law are cordially invited for presentation at the seminar. Submissions must be original, unpublished works. After review, manuscripts may be returned to authors for including suggestions made by the editorial panel. Acceptance of the manuscript for publication may be made contingent upon incorporating such suggestions. All submissions will be reviewed and evaluated based on originality, research, and relevance to the seminar. Manuscripts will be tested for copyright violations and hence authors are requested to submit un-plagiarized work. The themes are not exhaustive. Anything which is related to the Seminar is accepted. This seminar covers various sub themes related to sports law both at the National and International level which require immediate attention from the legal fraternity as well as the government due to constant change in society.

Note: Selected authors will be invited to present their paper and will be published after review.
