Esteemed Speakers:

Hon’ble Mr. Justice A.K.J. Nambiar: Justice A. K. Jayasankaran Nambiar is a judge of the Kerala High Court. He obtained LL.B from Government Law College, Ernakulam with First Rank for which he was awarded the N. Govinda Menon Memorial Gold Medal. Nambiar has completed Masters of Arts in Law from the University of Oxford. Justice Nambiar specialises in constitutional law and taxation – both direct and indirect. In July 2011, he was designated a senior advocate in the Kerala High Court and on 23 January 2014 he was elevated as an additional judge of High Court of Kerala and became permanent Judge of High Court of Kerala on 10 March 2016.

Hon’ble Dr. Justice Pushpendra Singh Bhati: Justice Bhati apart from his LL.B., hold an LL.M. in Mercantile Law. and a Ph.D. in “Promotion & Seniority in Public Employment, its Changing Dimensions and Role of Supreme Court.” He was Additional Advocate General, Rajasthan High Court, JodhpurJustice is a trained Mediator of High Court. He was Visiting Faculty at National Law University, Jodhpur.

Mr. Siddharth Bhatnagar (Senior Advocate): Mr. Bhatnagar completed his Law degree (Law Tripos) from the University of Cambridge in 1996 and was enrolled as an Advocate with the Delhi Bar Council in the same year. He has been practising primarily at the Supreme Court of India and High Courts. He also appears in various Tribunals, such as the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, the National Green Tribunal, amongst others. His practice focuses on a wide area of litigation, particularly Constitutional law. In matters relating to fundamental rights, he has argued matters challenging reservations, rights of minority educational institutions, freedom of speech and expression in the context of electronic media and religious rights. He was designated a Senior Advocate by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in March 2019.
