Eligibility
- MA in Personal Administration / Industrial Relations OR Master of Social Work (MSW) OR LLB with specialization in Labour Law OR Equivalent qualifications from UGC recognized Universities/National Institutes established by Central Government or Institutions established by the Government of Kerala.
- Five years experience in the cadre of Welfare Officer / Personnel manager /Industrial Relations Manager in a Government/quasi-government/Public Sector Undertaking/ recognized private sector undertaking.
