About the Job

KPMG India is looking to hire Data Privacy professionals with 3–7 years of experience to join its growing privacy and compliance practice. This role is suited for candidates passionate about data protection laws, compliance frameworks, and privacy advisory.

Eligibility

• 3–7 years of experience in Data Privacy
• Hands-on experience in data privacy and compliance frameworks
• Strong understanding of GDPR, Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, and other global privacy regulations
• Experience in conducting Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA/DPIA)
• Experience in handling data protection audits
• Experience in reviewing Data Privacy clauses and DPAs
• Knowledge of PIMS framework and its implementation
• Qualification: Qualified CS / LL.B. (preferred) or other education with relevant data privacy certifications

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ISO 27701
• Privacy certifications such as IAPP
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
