About the Job
Mahindra Finance is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable COURT OFFICER to join their team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling legal matters, particularly related to S.138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
Eligibility
- Law graduate with a strong understanding of the Negotiable Instruments Act, especially Section 138.
- Proficiency in Excel for MIS and data management.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Freshers are also eligible to apply.
Responsibilities
- Managing legal cases under S.138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
- Coordinating with legal teams and external counsel for case preparation and representation.
- Preparing and maintaining legal documents, reports, and records.
- Monitoring case progress and updating management on critical developments.
- Utilizing Excel for MIS reporting and data analysis.
