About the Job

Adv Mohit Maru is a West Delhi-based IPR firm that is looking to hire a suitable candidate for the post of Court Clerk.

Eligibility

• Should know about the working structure of the Delhi High Court and other district courts and the Trade Marks Registry based in Delhi.
• Should know the workings of the Delhi High Court website and e-filing web portal of the Delhi High Court and other district courts in Delhi.
• Should be able to deal with the scrutiny section, etc. of the Registry of the Delhi High Court and other district courts in Delhi
• Should be able to maintain court diaries, prepare upcoming hearing lists, and assist in day-to-day court/office tasks.
• Preference will be given to the candidate who also has skills to operate a computer and perform tasks such as OCR, bookmarking, page numbering in PDFs, etc.
