Urgent Hiring for “Corporate Legal Associate”

Eligibility

• Education: LLB or LLM from a recognised institution.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in contract drafting, vendor management, or corporate legal compliance.
• Strong understanding of contract law, commercial agreements, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and legal analysis skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vendor contracts while ensuring legal accuracy and business alignment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize vendor agreements, including NDAs, SLAs, and other corporate services contracts.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all vendor-related agreements.
• Conduct legal risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating contractual risks
• Compliance of Statutory and Regulatory Directives by ensuring execution and compliance as per existing SOP set & regulatory mandates and by initiating disciplinary proceedings wherever required.
• Review and process legal agreements, and advise/represent the company on legal matters.
• Regular liaising with regulatory/statutory authorities, and personal visits for domestic inquiries of employees as and when required. drafting notices and replies received from various statutory authorities.
• Good exposure to submission of various statutory compliance to various government authorities on behalf of the company.
