About the Opportunity
King Stubb & Kasiva is a Corporate Law Firm is hiring a Corporate Lawyer.
Eligibility
- PQE 2+ years
- Experience in General Corporate Advisory and Corporate Commercial Transactions, including M&A and Private Equity.
- Knowledge of Company Law, FEMA, SEBI and RBI Regulations, and Employment & Labour Laws.
- Exposure to handling compliance work for companies.
- Strong legal drafting skills.
- Exceptional analytical ability with a logical and problem-solving approach to complex issues.
- Ability to perform and thrive under pressure.
- Strong marketing and business development skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
