About the Job
They are currently seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join us as a Principal Associate in their Corporate and M&A team.
Eligibility
The ideal candidate will need to have:
- At least 6 years of experience in leading and managing corporate transactions, including investments (cross border and domestic), private equity transactions, venture capital transactions, joint ventures, and other business combinations.
- Should have experience in drafting general corporate and commercial contracts
- Must have least 6 years of demonstrated success across M&A, PE/VC transactions with a nationally recognised law firm
- Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of attention to detail
