Responsibilities
- Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other significant transactions.
- Compliance: Ensure client operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Negotiation and Vetting: Lead and participate in negotiations for complex agreements and transactions.
- Contracts and Agreements: Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of contracts, including vendor contracts, client agreements, and employment contracts.
- Risk Management: Manage and mitigate legal risks.
- Advisory Role: Provide legal advice to clients on corporate matters, compliance, and risk management.
