About the Job
Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Contracts Representative II to provide comprehensive contractual support, particularly in relation to standard and third-party non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
The role involves contract review and negotiation, risk identification and mitigation, stakeholder support and ensuring compliance with applicable contracting policies and procedures.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Management or a related field with 5 years of experience in commercial contracting or customer service; or
- Master’s degree in Law or JD.
- Good knowledge of contract law.
- Understanding of intellectual property protection.
- Very good spoken and written English.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Strong business judgement, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work as part of a virtual team.
- Strong focus on integrity and compliance with internal standards and policies.
- Knowledge of English legal and business terminology will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage and negotiate contracts with customers and suppliers.
- Provide contractual support for standard and third-party NDAs.
- Review and analyse contract terms and conditions.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with non-standard contractual conditions and customer-directed changes.
- Communicate and negotiate with Honeywell customers.
- Advise internal clients on contractual requirements, Honeywell standards and positions.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures relating to contracting and contract management.
- Liaise with the Law Department and other functions for the review and approval of unusual terms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contract execution.
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
- Train and mentor new members on the end-to-end standard NDA process.
