Eligibility
Consultant (Governance & Professional Development – Governance & Corporate Law)
- Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
- Preference shall be given to candidates having a Law degree.
- 0-5 years of experience as Company Secretary having experience in NCLT and NCLAT matters.
Consultant (Academics & Research – Studies)
- Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (for Taxation).
- Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India/LL.B. (for Law related subject).
- 0-5 years of experience.

02 (Two) each
- Consultant (Governance & Professional Development – Governance & Corporate Law)
- Consultant (Academics & Research – Studies)
Salary
Consolidate Payout will be in the range of Rs 40,000/- to Rs 50,000/-per month
