Amity Law School Noida, Amity University Uttar Pradesh in collaboration with Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) invites paper for the upcoming national conference on “Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s Commitment to Social Justice, Gender Equality and Farmer’s Rights” to commemorate Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s 150th birth anniversary on 7th and 8th of August 2025 at Amity Law School Noida, AUUP.
The two-day national conference recognises the need to focus on the philosophy and ideology of the Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel in the context of establishing social justice, fostering gender equality and promoting farmers’ rights in the nation. It seeks to honour the unparalleled contributions of the “Iron Man of India” while fostering meaningful dialogue on pressing socio-economic and political challenges.

The main theme of the conference is “ Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s Commitment to Social Justice, Gender Equality and Farmer’s Rights “. This theme emphasises the importance of social justice as a foundational principle for achieving equality and fairness in society, while also highlighting the specific commitments to gender equality and the rights of farmers, reflecting Patel’s vision for a united and equitable India.

Guidelines for Abstract Submission
Interested author(s) are requested to submit their abstract of their original research in 1000-1200 words through the registration link by 1st July 2025.
The following guidelines should be adhered to for submission of the abstract:
- Font Style: Times New Roman
- Font Size: 12
- Line Spacing: 1.5
- Margin: 1 inch on all sides
- Page Numbers: Bottom-right corner
- Referencing Style: APA 7th edition (for social sciences), or ILI/Bluebook for legal papers
Structure of Abstract
- Title of the paper (Bold, Centre-Aligned)
- Author’s Name(s) and Institutional Affiliation
- Email ID of the corresponding author
- Keywords: 4 to 5 relevant keywords
- Abstract Body: Brief background, objective, methodology (if any), key findings or arguments, and significance of the work
