Eligibility
- Qualification: Company Secretary (The candidate must have an ACS Degree with a Membership Number).
- PQE: 0-1 year post-qualification experience.
Responsibilities
e-filing of various forms, XBRL, Preparation of minutes and annual reports, maintenance of statutory registers and records, handling all ROC compliances under the Companies Act 2013, FEMA Compliances, and reporting to RBI and any other statutory bodies.
