About the Job
Vis Legis Law Practice is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney for our Mumbai office.
Eligibility
Minimum 3 years and maximum 6 years of experience in commercial litigation.
Responsibilities
- Handling commercial disputes, including civil suits and summary& suits in the Hon’ble High Court.
- Managing arbitration proceedings, including international arbitration.
- Addressing matters of oppression & mismanagement and company scheme matters under the Companies Act 2013.
- Coordinating with clients and advising on commercial disputes.
- Providing corporate advisory services.
- Briefing senior counsel and assisting them during hearings.
- Appearing before the High Court, Civil Court, NCLT, and NCLAT.
