About Harvard Business Law Review

Harvard Business Law Review (HBLR) is A Harvard Law School’s student run law review that annually publishes a print journal. The online journal reviews shorter submissions and publishes articles on a rolling basis throughout the calendar year.

The HBLR and HBLR Online aim to be the premier sources for articles concerning laws governing business organization and capital markets. Articles by scholars, practitioners, and policymakers on corporate law and governance, securities and capital markets law, financial regulation and financial institutions, law and finance, financial distress and bankruptcy, and related subjects are published. The HBLR Online is particularly focused on publishing more brief and timely articles.
