About Akaant K M

Akaant K M is a litigating lawyer, visiting faculty at Law Schools, author and researcher in the area of law. He is  going to join the prestigious National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS), Kolkata as a Visiting Lecturer for this semester to instruct a three-credits course on “Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code”.

Alongside his work as a Specialist Visiting Faculty at the esteemed National Law University, Mumbai (NLU-Mumbai), the work at the NUJS, would now require the essential tasks, including the scheduling, and coordination of the classes, as well as updating the research and reading materials.

About the opportunity

The following are the relevant details pertaining to the Call for Research Assistants.

Eligibility

1. MUST HAVE worked/researched on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code;

2. Should be able to devote at least 4 hours every week (excluding the teaching hours).

Duration

The time period for the work would be 7th August to 20th November 2022.

The classes are tentatively scheduled for once every week, usually on every Saturday of the week.

Work

The work shall be classified as “teaching assistance” in the certificate issued by me in my personal capacity.
