About the Critiqued

Presently managed by students of National Law University, Delhi (NLU-D), Critiqued was started with a vision to create an analytical and objective understanding of social phenomenon, i.e., to interpret and critique these issues argumentatively, without inserting oneself in the narrative.

We have amassed 18,000 views and counting within a period of 90 days. We value objectivity, neutrality, quality research and sound argumentation above all.

The domain of our publications includes articles, comics journalism and book summaries inter alia penned by fellow law school students. Additionally, we offer columns written by eminent professionals and academicians across fields of law, economics and humanities as well as podcasts where discussions with such celebrated personalities on pressing topics follow.

About the Submissions

We accept rolling submissions round the year on socio-legal topics of interest. The chosen topic has a higher probability of acceptance if it is based on a contemporary issue. We expect authors to present their thesis by adopting a structural manner of argumentation, where the central argument may be identified and the conclusion derived through research based on that line of argument.

By submitting an article under these guidelines, you consent to Critiqued publishing the said article and recognize, to the best of your knowledge, that such article has neither been published elsewhere, nor has been submitted for consideration to any other website.
