Call for Papers by The Centre for Study and Research in Intellectual Property Rights, NLU Ranchi: Submit by April 22

About the Organization
The Centre for Study and Research in Intellectual Property Rights (CSRIPR) was established with the noble vision of creating a forum that inculcates a culture of effective research in the field of IPR. The prior aim of the Centre is to contribute to legal scholarship in the Intellectual Property Law world as India finds itself in the process of more rapid reform than ever before.
More meticulous, the CSRIPR wishes to gain a better insight and glimpse into new and evolving areas of Intellectual Property Law (such as the protection of software, semi-conductor products and biotechnological inventions, standardization, and technology transfers) and the general problems of patents, trademarks, designs and copyright.
About the Conference
In a rapidly evolving world, the intersection of Intellectual Property (IP) and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is a crucial landscape where innovation and creativity converge to pave the way for a shared and sustainable future. IP, encompassing patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, plays a pivotal role in incentivizing and protecting the fruits of human ingenuity. The SDGs, a global call to action to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure prosperity for all, find a powerful ally in the realm of intellectual property.
About Call for Papers
In the seminar “IP and the SDGs: Building Our Common Future with Innovation and Creativity,” to be held on the world IP Day, participants will collectively explore the dynamic interplay between Intellectual Property and Sustainable Development Goals. By fostering innovation and creativity within the context of IP, the seminar aims to contribute to a shared future where prosperity is inclusive, innovation flourishes, and creativity becomes the cornerstone of sustainable development.
