Siddhartha Law College, Dehradun is inviting submissions by way of a call for papers for its Book titled as “Judicial Creativity: A Boon within the cornerstone of Constitutionalism in Digital India.”

About Siddhartha Law College

Siddhartha Law College was established in the year 2009 and registered under the auspices of Siddhartha Group of Institutions (SGI). It is managed by Siddhartha Educational Society (Regd. No. 1363/2002-2003), under the dynamic leadership of renowned social worker Mr Durga Prasad Verma. Siddhartha Law College is affiliated to Veer Madho Singh Bhandari Uttarakhand Technological University (Uttarakhand State Govt University) and approved by the BCI, New Delhi.

  • The topic must be of relevance in the present time and the authors must show originality in their approach to dealing with the issue at hand.

Submission Guidelines

  • The submission must be in English.
  • Plagiarism of the paper should not be more than 10%. It is mandatory to submit Turnitin plagiarism report along with the paper. Otherwise the review committee will not consider the publication of the paper.
  • Word Limit: Submissions should be in the following word limits Exclusive of footnotes (3,000- 5,000 words)
  • Citation must be in Bluebook Citation pattern: https://www.rgnul.ac.in/PDF/f7ff0636-9075-47f2-8e17-a5ba7be7a3cf.pdf
  • Co-authorship is allowed with a maximum of two authors.
  • The name, affiliation and designation, mailing address, mobile number, and e-mail address of the author (and the corresponding author, if more than one author) must be mentioned in a separate MS Word document, in the same mail.

Formatting Guidelines

  • Submissions should be in Times New Roman font, Title size 16, Subtitle size 14, normal text size 12, 1.5 line spacing, justified text, and 1-inch margins on all sides.
  • Footnotes should be in Times New Roman font of size 10 with 1.0 line spacing.
  • The citations shall be in conformity with the Bluebook Rules of footnoting.
