About MNLU-CS Student Law Review

A flagship journal aiming to promote holistic academic research in national and international contemporary legal issues. The Journal is an annual, double blind peer-reviewed journal published online, having a print copy, focusing on inter-disciplinary approaches in the area of national and international contemporary legal issues.

Call for Papers

MNLU Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar is inviting submissions for Volume IV, of MNLU-CS Student Law Review.

Eligibility

The Student Editorial Board is pleased to invite submissions from:

  • Research Scholars; and
  • Students from any Recognized University.

Theme

Any Contemporary Legal Issue.

Submission Categories

The categories of submissions are broadly divided into Research Articles, Notes/Comments, Case/Legislative Comments, and Book/Article Reviews. The journal aims at promoting research and debate.

  • Research Articles: 4,000-8,000 words
  • Case Comments: 2,500-5,000 words
  • Book Review: 1,500-3,000 words
  • Legislative Comments: 2,000-4,000 words
  • Short Articles or Notes: 2,000-4,000 words

Submission Guidelines

  • Research papers, notes and comments must be accompanied by an abstract of not more than 250 words.
  • Co-authorship is permitted for up to two authors.
  • The submission should be the original and unpublished work of the author and should not be simultaneously considered by any other publications.
  • The Submission will go through a double-blind peer review and acceptance will be subject to the report of the peer review team.
  • The manuscript must not have any indication of the identity of the author. However, a covering email/letter with the biographical information of the author(s) must be sent, which should include the following details: Name, E-mail address, Designation (Course and Academic Year), Contact Details, Postal Address, Institutional affiliation.

Formatting Guidelines

The Submission must conform to the Bluebook: Uniform System of Citation, 20th Edition and MNLU-CS Style Sheet. Detailed Editorial Policy and Formatting Guidelines can be accessed here.
