About the Conference

The relationship between law and economics plays a crucial role in shaping governance structures, regulatory frameworks, market institutions and public policy. Legal systems influence economic behaviour, while economic principles increasingly inform legislative and regulatory decision-making.

The conference aims to bring together academicians, researchers, policymakers, industry professionals, legal practitioners and students to deliberate upon contemporary issues arising at the intersection of law and economics and to explore innovative approaches for addressing emerging socio-economic and regulatory challenges.
