About the Event 

AUMP MUN 9.0 marks the celebration of nine remarkable years of diplomacy, dialogue, and dynamic leadership. Organized by Amity Law School, Amity University Madhya Pradesh, the conference has evolved into a prestigious national platform that brings together young minds from across the country to deliberate upon pressing global, national, and socio-legal issues. 

Scheduled to be conducted in Hybrid Mode on 30–31 July 2026, AUMP MUN 9.0 seeks to provide participants with an intellectually enriching and professionally engaging experience through a diverse range of committees and agendas. The conference is designed to simulate international diplomacy and policy-making while fostering essential skills such as public speaking, negotiation, leadership, critical analysis, teamwork, and strategic thinking. 

Over the years, AUMP MUN has become more than an academic simulation—it has transformed into a legacy of empowering future leaders, encouraging constructive dialogue, and nurturing globally conscious individuals committed to collaborative problem-solving and sustainable progress. 

Guided by the ideals of the United Nations and aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the conference particularly advances the principles of Quality Education (SDG 4), Gender Equality (SDG 5), Peace, Justice & Strong Institutions (SDG 16), and Partnerships for the Goals (SDG 17).

Eligibility

AUMP MUN 9.0 is open to enthusiastic and intellectually driven participants from schools, colleges, and universities across India. Students enrolled in recognized secondary schools, undergraduate programmes, and postgraduate programmes are eligible to participate in the conference. 

Participants may register as Delegates, members of the International Press, or participants in the Legal Affairs Conclave, subject to the rules and procedures prescribed by the Organising Committee. The conference welcomes individuals who possess an interest in diplomacy, international relations, public policy, debate, leadership, and global affairs, and seeks to provide them with a platform to engage in meaningful dialogue and collaborative problem-solving. 

Mode of Conduct 

AUMP MUN 9.0 shall be conducted in Hybrid Mode:  

  • Online Committee 
  • Offline Executive Committees and Activities at Amity University Madhya Pradesh, Gwalior 

The detailed schedule and mode of each committee shall be communicated to the participants subsequently. 

Registration Details 

Interested participants are required to register through the official registration portal provided by the Organising Committee. Registration shall be confirmed only upon successful submission of the registration form and payment of the prescribed fee.

 Seats are limited, and portfolio allocation shall be conducted on a rolling basis. 

Delegate Fee Structure 

  • Delegate Fee – ₹1750/-  
  • Legal Affairs Conclave Fee – ₹1200/- 
  • International Press Fee – ₹1500/-  
  • Accommodation (Meal Inclusive) – ₹2000/-

Prize Pool 

The conference features a Prize Pool of up to ₹1,00,000, comprising trophies, certificates, mementos, and recognitions awarded to delegates and participants demonstrating exceptional performance, diplomacy, research, negotiation, and leadership throughout the conference. 

Regulatory Framework 

The Organising Committee reserves the absolute right to amend, modify, alter, or withdraw any rules, regulations, schedules, committee structures, agendas, or related provisions of the conference at any stage, with or without prior notice. All decisions of the Organising Committee shall be final and binding. 

Completion of the registration process shall constitute unconditional acceptance of all rules, guidelines, and policies governing the conference. 

The registration fee once paid shall be non-refundable under any circumstances.
