About the University

Amity University Madhya Pradesh was established by the Ritnand Balved Education Foundation (RBEF), New Delhi which is a Society registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 and was established with the view to promote professional and industry-oriented education in the State of Madhya Pradesh.

The Amity Law School (ALS) in AUMP was established in 2013. The main focus of ALS is to promote high-quality research and develop professionals in legal education and the legal profession. Development of cutting-edge skills, imparting high-quality education, and conducting research on the emerging trends in legal education and the legal profession are the main features of the school.

Theme

Replacement of the three Criminal Laws of the British era by Bhartiya Laws will Lead To Decolonisation and Ushering Reforms: In-depth analysis.

Sub-themes

  • Analyse historical context, motivations, and factors driving the revisions.
  • Explore the impact on legal scholarship, jurisprudence, and academic resources.
  • Analyze how reforms reroute criminal jurisprudence, social progress, and trends.
  • Examine hurdles and benefits of adapting revamped criminal laws.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the revised criminal justice.
  • Align new laws with contemporary principles and ethical standards.
  • Emphasize public awareness and education campaigns on legal changes.
  • Significant implications of introducing changes in the fundamental legal frameworks and all the related topics are accepted.

Eligibility

Students with undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral qualifications, academicians and scholars, practitioners, consultants, researchers, and policymakers from different backgrounds across the world are eligible.

Guidelines for Submission

  • Submit the Abstract of 200-230 words along with keywords.
  • The word limit of the full paper must not exceed 3000-3500 words excluding the abstract.
  • The permitted plagiarism is 20 % for the full papers and shall be written in Times
  • New Font Size-Title- 14 / Body -12
  • Spacing -1.5
  • Font Style – Times New Roman
  • The research paper should specify on the top right side- the author’s name, affiliated organization, email id, contact no.
  • The manuscript should also be checked thoroughly for grammatical or typographical errors before submission.
  • Footnotes must be cited according to the ILI pattern.
  • The limitation to the number of co-authors on a paper is two.
  • After peer review process, selected papers will be published in the Reputed Journal/ Book Chapter with ISBN number: 978-93-340-3011-2.

The publication fee is payable only after your paper get selected for publication.
