About Cell
The College has established SARALL (Society for Advanced Research &Analysis of Labor Laws) to enhance the research quality of students in Labor Courts and encourage students to write chapters and to provide dynamic and collaborative learning space both physically and virtually to learn more about labor laws. The motive of S.A.R.A.L.L known as Society for Advanced Research and Analysis of Labor Laws is acting in coordination with different faculties for the development and enhancement of different laws for labor rights.
About Book
This book aims to cover laws governing Labor laws, Industrial Relations laws, Industrial Dispute and other labor law provisions. Labor laws are those which try to mediate the relation between workers, employing entities, trade union, and the government. The objective of this book is to regulate the rights and obligations regarding work environment and work conditions of Labors, Writers are cordially invited to come up with their voices and share their knowledge in the form of chapters related to labor laws. Unpublished chapters will be published in the proposed book on the labor Law subject.

Note: In addition to above mentioned topics, authors are free to pursue any other relevant topics reflecting their interest on any topic of environment law.
Word limit: The word limit of the chapters should be 2500-3000 words including an Abstract (in about 300-500 words)
Submission Guidelines
- The chapter should be original and unpublished.
- The plagiarism report should not exceed 15%, and free from any grammatical, spelling and other errors.
- Co-authorship is allowed the subject to a maximum of two
- The full name of the authors along with their course year and roll number(s) must be given.
- APA method of citation and References must be followed.
- Abstract and full chapter submissions must be in Times New Roman, font size-12, line spacing- 1.5, margin 1 inch on all side.
- All the footnotes must be in Times Roman font, with size 10 and line spacing l.
- The chapter must be in Word document (doc/ docx) format only.
- All the submissions should be sent to : [email protected]
- Selected chapters will be published in a book with an ISBN number to the discretion of the University.
Deadline for Submission
The last date for submission of the chapter is 25th February, 2023. Submissions sent after the deadline will not be considered for publication.
