About RGNUL
Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL), is a public law school in Patiala, Punjab, India. It is one of the 27 National Law University located in India. The university was established under Punjab Act No. 12 of 2006, enacted by the Punjab Legislative Assembly as a university dedicated to the field of Legal Education. RGNUL is affiliated to UGC and approved by the Bar Council of India. It is one of the autonomous law schools in India.
About RGNUL Student Research Review
The RGNUL Student Research Review (RSRR) is the flagship student-run, double-blind, peer-reviewed journal of the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab. Established in 2013, RSRR has been driven by the goal of publishing critical and interdisciplinary scholarship authored by law students, academics, and professionals on a broad range of issues on law and the social sciences.

Through its journal and online blog, RSRR continues to contribute meaningfully to academic and policy-oriented discourse in India and beyond.
About Call for Blogs
The RSRR Rolling Blog invites original and insightful blog submissions on contemporary legal issues and allied interdisciplinary themes. The blog serves as a platform for students, scholars, practitioners, and professionals to share well-reasoned perspectives, foster meaningful discussions, and contribute to the evolving discourse on law and public policy. RSRR follows an open-source policy; by which RSRR does not levy any submission or publication fees.
Submission Guidelines
- The Rolling Blog provides a platform for discussing timely legal issues.
- To submit a piece for consideration, please fill out the submission form here.
- Submissions should be around 1,500 to 2,000 words. In certain circumstances where the topic requires a more comprehensive analysis, longer submissions may be considered.
- Please avoid footnotes unless absolutely necessary; use hyperlinks to cite sources instead. In the event your submission requires changes, we reserve the right to request a revised version before publication.
- Owing to the academic schedule, submissions for the Rolling Blog are closed during June-July and December-January.

All blog submissions must be made through the designated Google Form. Authors are requested to complete the form with the required details and upload their manuscript in the prescribed format.
