About the Labour & Liberty Blog

Labour & Liberty, the Centre’s dedicated publication platform, seeks to encourage informed discussion on emerging questions of labour and employment law and their wider social, economic and regulatory dimensions. CASLW has previously invited scholarship through the platform on labour law, employment law and related contemporary workplace issues.

The Blog particularly encourages analytical pieces that go beyond merely describing the law and instead critically engage with developing legislation, judicial decisions, regulatory policy and changes in the nature of work.
