Submission Guidelines

General Instructions:

  • Long Articles and Short Articles must include an abstract between 300 to 350 words.
  • Each submission can have up to one co-author.
  • Articles must be the original work of the author(s).
  • Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.
  • Articles should be a minimum of 1500 words, excluding endnotes.
  • You are permitted to submit up to two blog posts.
  • Relevant sources within the article should be hyperlinked. If no hyperlink is available, cite as an endnote.
  • All sources must be acknowledged in citations.
  • Submitted articles will undergo rigorous checks for AI, plagiarism, and grammar.
  • Our editors retain discretion in approving or rejecting submissions.
  • The subject matter of the article shall be discussed with the editors. Upon approval by the editors, the author shall proceed to write the full article.
  • Submissions must be original, unpublished works not under review elsewhere. Any plagiarized content will result in immediate disqualification.
  • Authors are fully responsible for any disputes arising from their submission, including those related to copyright, defamation, offensive content, or contempt. They must also bear any losses from copyright infringement or rights violations.
  • Topic will be provided by us after your successful registration.

Format of Short and Long Articles:

  • The first page must include the title, author(s) names, institutional affiliations, and email addresses, followed by an abstract and keywords. The abstract should be clear and concise, yet comprehensive.
  • Footnotes should be in Times New Roman, font size 10, with 1.0 line spacing. The main text should be in Times New Roman, font size 12, with 1.5 line spacing. Headings must maintain a consistent structure throughout.
  • A standard citation style, such as Bluebook 20th Edition, should be used consistently in both text and footnotes.
  • Articles should be submitted in Microsoft Office Word format (2003 or later). Illustrations must be appropriately placed within the text with correct numbering. Decorative borders or implementations are not permitted. The manuscript must include the following sections:
  • Title page
  • Abstract
  • Introduction
  • Research & Analysis (divided into sub-headings)
  • Conclusion and Suggestions
  • References
  • References should follow Bluebook citation guidelines.
  • Important cases or cases referred to should be listed with citations in bullet points.
