About the Job
Xander Law Associates is hiring a Corporate Attorney on a full-time basis. The role is suited for professionals with experience in Corporate and Commercial Law and offers exposure to mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity transactions, commercial advisory, and cross-border transactions.
Eligibility
Candidates must:
- Hold an LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
- Have 2–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Corporate or Commercial Law.
- Possess experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Private Equity (PE)/Venture Capital (VC) transactions, and General Corporate Advisory.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will:
- Advise clients on venture capital investments and funding transactions.
- Handle mergers and acquisitions transactions.
- Provide general corporate and commercial advisory services.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
- Assist clients with cross-border transactions and strategic advisory matters.
