AAC fights cases in the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Central Administrative Tribunal, Delhi School Tribunal, Labour Courts & Industrial Tribunals, and all District Courts in Delhi. It specializes in service laws, labor & industrial laws, property laws, matrimonial cases, civil disputes, and criminal trials. 

About the Job

Chambers is looking for 2 Associates for diverse roles in the fields of litigation, dispute resolution, and consultancy with a PQE of 0 – 5 years.

Eligibility

• Carry out extensive legal drafting as well as handle matters in courts.
• Assist and individually handle the drafting of petitions, and legal notices, conducting research and submissions before Courts.
• Must respect punctuality & be able to stick to timelines & deadlines.
• Be articulate and fluent in English with good legal drafting skills.
• Possesses the capability to work in a fast-paced environment and be technologically equipped.
• Prior extensive experience using online research platforms like Manupatra, SCCOnline, and other such web portals.

Those with prior work experience shall be given preference. However, in case freshers out of the law college with an impressive CV apply for the post, then the candidature of the fresher shall be taken under consideration subjecting the applicant fresher to a short assessment period. CV of all the applicants should showcase their distinctive exposure & experience in Court and Dispute Resolution practices with a specifically dedicated flair for litigation.

Salary

The remuneration shall be as per market standards of the place of employment, subject to clearing a minimum period of the physical assessment of 20-25 days.

Subject to clearing the minimum period of physical assessment, the candidates shall be paid a respectable amount commensurate to their skill sets.
