Adv Pallav Mongia is looking for an Associate for my office in Nizamuddin East, New Delhi.
Eligibility
Candidates with experience of 1-3 years can apply. Command over English (written and oral) is non-negotiable. Candidate must be adept at legal research and drafting of pleadings.
Responsibilities
Work pertains to commercial matters before various fora like Commercial Courts, High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, APTEL, Arbitration Tribunals, and miscellaneous matters (criminal, civil, commercial, and service) in the Supreme Court.
