About the Job
Job Opportunity as an Advocate in the courts of Hyderabad: Associate Position at the office of Mr. B. Mohan, Advocate an Independent practitioner having 5 associates. Mr. B. Mohan, an Independent practitioner based in Telangana, is seeking an advocate to join our team. Our practice areas include the Majority of Civil side practice including civil suits, Writ Petitions, Civil Appeals, and more across the courts of Hyderabad and Rangareddy in Telangana.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year experience of a Practicing advocate
- Mandatory prior internship experience
- Strong drafting skills and experience
- Excellent research and analytical abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Mandatory Court hearing
- Assisting in handling civil cases
- Draft legal documents and pleadings
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Represent clients in court under supervision
- Collaborate with senior advocates on complex cases
