About the Opportunity

Mason & Associates Advocates is hiring an Associate/Sr. Associate

Eligibility

• Qualified to practice law in India (4-7 years PQE).
• Prior work experience with law firms or legal practitioners in IP & IT litigation. 
• Sound knowledge of both substantive and procedural law.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written).
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn 
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Long-term commitment to the role.

Responsibilities

• Handle Intellectual Property (IP)and Information Technology(IT) litigation matters.
• Appear in various courts across India.
• Assist in drafting legal documents and client management.
• Interact with senior counsel and provide legal support.
• Conduct legal research and provide analytical insights.
• Maintain attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all tasks.
