About the Job
Ramanand Goyal & Co. is seeking a proactive and skilled Associate/ Senior Associate to join their Legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Civil Litigation and Non-Litigation – Real Estate.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a recognized university.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Litigation and Non-litigation – Real Estate
- Experience in representing clients in courts and Tribunals.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients before RERA, REAT.
- Provide legal advice on a wide range of real estate matters.
- Draft and review legal documents and contracts.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
