About the Job
Adsum Legal Services is inviting applications for Associate, Senior Associate, and Principal Associate positions in its Banking & Finance practice. The firm is seeking experienced legal professionals with strong expertise in banking and finance transactions, advisory, drafting, and negotiations, along with regulatory exposure.
Eligibility
- 3+ years of experience in Banking & Finance law (level-dependent)
- Experience in transaction structuring, drafting agreements, and negotiations
- In-depth knowledge of RBI and SEBI regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong communication and client advisory skills
