About the Job
They are hiring a lawyer as an Associate (Litigation Team).
Eligibility
Preference will be given to applicants with criminal litigation experience.
Responsibilities
The work primarily involves representing prisoners under sentence of death in criminal appeals before the Supreme Court and various High Courts, building legal strategies to challenge both the conviction and sentence, and briefing senior advocates and experienced defense lawyers.
Location
This is a full-time position based in Dwarka, New Delhi.
