Eligibility
- Experience: 1–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Freshers with prior internship experience in litigation chambers are also encouraged to apply.
- Qualification: Law degree.
- Enrolment: Enrolment with any State Bar Council, preferably the Bar Council of Delhi.
Responsibilities and Practice Areas
The practice covers the following areas:
- Constitutional litigation.
- Criminal litigation.
- Commercial litigation.
- Arbitration.
The chambers appear before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts across India, tribunals and the Trial Courts of Delhi.
Stipend/Salary
Remuneration will be commensurate with industry standards and the candidate’s experience.
