About the Job
The Fort Circle is expanding its Dispute Resolution Team and is hiring an Associate for its Mumbai office. The role involves handling diverse litigation matters across multiple forums.
Eligibility
- 3–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Practical experience in civil and criminal litigation
- Strong drafting and legal research skills
- Thorough understanding of procedural laws
Responsibilities
- Handling matters related to:
- Commercial disputes
- Arbitration
- Intellectual Property
- Real estate litigation
- Criminal litigation
- Appearing before courts and tribunals, including:
- Bombay High Court
- City Civil & Sessions Court
- NCLT and other forums
