About the Job

TeamLease Regtech is hiring Position: Associate-Legal Implementation.

Eligibility

• Experience Required: 2+ Years
• LL.B / LL.M / CS
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Prior experience in Legal Compliances (Domestic Compliance) is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver project opening meeting presentations as per the project plan.
• Collaborate with the back-office team to create project plans aligning with Act requirements for clients.
• Develop client location visit plans by coordinating with teams and clients.
• Research industries and analyze the applicability of laws.
• Conduct As-Is analysis and GAP analysis at client locations.
• Identify users and discuss compliance requirements with clients.
• Provide training, support, and guidance on compliance tools.
• Share weekly status reports with clients and maintain project workbooks.
• Lead project close-down meetings and obtain sign-offs.
• Conduct legal and regulatory compliance audits, if required.
