About the Job

They are Hiring! – Intellectual Property Lawyer – Associate (1+PQE)- Selvam and Selvam – Onsite. Are you an experienced IP lawyer seeking a dynamic opportunity to learn & grow? We are looking for a skilled individual with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in IP law, particularly within boutique firms, to join their team.

Eligibility

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in IP law with boutique IP law firms only.
• Proven track record of managing IP prosecution portfolios.
• Strong understanding of trademarks, copyrights, designs, and domain disputes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of matters.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with IP law in multiple jurisdictions especially the Indian Sub-Continent.

• A law college student who has not yet graduated.
• A fresh law graduate with less than 12 months of law firm experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee IP prosecution portfolios for clients.
• Provide expert advice and counsel on matters related to trademarks, copyrights, designs, and domain disputes.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to develop effective legal strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IP laws and regulations.
