Sastra Legal is looking for an Associate to assist the lawyers in providing excellent legal services to their clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting documents, and assisting in court proceedings. They are a firm having specializes in corporate and commercial litigations.

Reports to: Senior Associate/Partner

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a reputable law school.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 1-3 years of experience in a law firm or as an in-house counsel.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analyze relevant laws, regulations, and court decisions.
• Draft, review, and edit legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court pleadings.
• Assist lawyers in preparing for court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client files, research, and other relevant documents.
• Collaborate with other lawyers and staff members to achieve common goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by Senior Associates/Partners.

Salary

Remuneration as per Industary Standard.
