Eligibility
Associate with an experience of 1 years+
Responsibilities
The work involves drafting, research and appearances before various legal forums such as the Supreme Court, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal and various other forums in New Delhi. Candidates will gain significant exposure at a competitive retainership. Candidates having prior experience in NCLT/NCLAT/Supreme Court would be given preference.
